These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Amorous mobile application,
website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by SMM Unlimited Ventures LLC (doing
business as "Amorous", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you
agree to these Terms.
1.1 Eligibility
● You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher) to use the
Service.
● You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and comply with them.
● You agree to comply with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
1.2 The Amorous Experience (Image-Free Design)
● Amorous prioritizes compatibility, communication, and authenticity.
● The default matching experience is image-free. Users may be represented by silhouettes or
non-personal images.
● If a Reveal feature is offered, it is mutual and consent-based. Additional safety prompts and restrictions
may apply.
1.3 Account Registration and Accuracy
● You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it updated.
● You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account.
● You may not create multiple accounts to evade enforcement, restrictions, or safety controls.
1.4 Identity Verification and Background Checks
To support trust and safety, Amorous may require identity verification and may offer or require background
checks, subject to applicable law and third-party provider terms.
● Identity verification may include submitting government ID and a selfie or liveness check, if requested.
● If background checks are offered or required, you authorize Amorous and its third-party providers to
obtain permissible reports and use the results to evaluate eligibility for the Service or specific features.
● Verification and background checks do not guarantee safety and may not identify all risks, histories, or
harmful behavior.
1.5 User Conduct
You agree to follow the Community Guidelines and you will not:
● Harass, threaten, stalk, defame, or abuse any person.
● Post hate speech or discriminatory content.
● Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity, age, or intentions.
Page 3● Solicit money, request gift cards, promote scams, or engage in fraud.
● Engage in trafficking, exploitation, or illegal activity.
● Share private information of others without consent.
● Use bots, scrape data, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service.
1.6 Communication Features (Chat, Voice, Video)
● Chat features may be available at no cost or as part of paid features, as described in-app.
● Voice and video features may be gated by trust signals, time, mutual consent, or paid tiers.
● Do not record calls or video without consent where required by law.
1.7 Safety Disclaimer
Amorous cannot guarantee user behavior or outcomes (including matches, dates, or relationship
success). Even with verification and safety systems, you are responsible for your interactions and
decisions, including meeting offline.
1.8 Rewards, Points, and Virtual Items
● Points and virtual items have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be modified or
discontinued.
● Points may expire or be capped as described in-app.
● We may suspend or remove points or items if fraud or abuse is suspected.
1.9 Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
● Purchases may be processed through Apple App Store or Google Play, and their policies apply.
● Renewals, cancellation, and refunds are governed by platform rules, except where required by law.
● Paid features do not guarantee results.
1.10 Intellectual Property
The Service, branding, design, and software are owned by Amorous or its licensors and are protected by
intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer the Service.
1.11 Termination
● You may stop using the Service at any time.
● We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or
applicable law, or if we believe your activity presents a safety risk.
1.12 Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED
BY LAW, AMOROUS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMOROUS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT,
INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS
OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. AMOROUS'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT
EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO AMOROUS IN THE 12 MONTHS
BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100, UNLESS THE LAW REQUIRES
OTHERWISE.
1.14 Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Amorous, its owners, officers, directors, employees,
contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of
the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or law.
1.15 Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, and Class Action Waiver
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS.
Informal Resolution First
Before starting arbitration, you and Amorous agree to try to resolve disputes informally. Send a written

Include your name, the email or phone associated with your account, a brief description of the dispute,
and the specific relief requested. Amorous will respond within 60 days. If unresolved after 60 days, either
party may begin arbitration.
Agreement to Arbitrate
Except as stated below, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the
Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration.
Exceptions
● Small claims court: Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies and
remains in that court.
● Intellectual property: Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court for alleged infringement
or misuse of intellectual property rights.
● Emergency relief: Either party may seek temporary restraining orders or preliminary injunctive relief
when necessary to protect rights or prevent immediate harm, then proceed in arbitration.
No Class Actions
You and Amorous agree that disputes will be brought only on an individual basis and not as a class,
collective, consolidated, or representative action.
Page 5Arbitration Provider, Rules, and Location
Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer
Arbitration Rules then in effect. Arbitration may be conducted by video conference, phone, or written
submissions. If an in-person hearing is required, it will take place in Sacramento County, California, unless
the parties agree otherwise.
Fees and Costs
Fees are governed by AAA rules and applicable law. Amorous will not seek to impose arbitration costs on
you that would be prohibited by law.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing
contact@amorousapp.com with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" and including your name and the
email or phone associated with your Amorous account.
Governing Law and Venue
This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and, to the extent not preempted,
California law. If arbitration does not apply or is unenforceable, disputes will be resolved in state or federal
courts located in Sacramento County, California.

This Privacy Policy explains how SMM Unlimited Ventures LLC (doing business as Amorous) collects,
uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Service.
2.1 Information We Collect
Information you provide
● Account information such as first name and last initial, date of birth or age, email or phone, and
preferences.
● Questionnaire responses about values, personality traits, lifestyle, communication style, and
relationship goals.
● In-app communications and support requests.
● Optional content you choose to share through features such as voice notes, calls, or video calls.
Verification and safety information
● Identity verification data, such as ID images and selfie or liveness results, and verification status.
● Background check status or permissible results, to the extent allowed by law.
● Reports, blocks, moderation actions, and safety or fraud signals.
Automatically collected information
● Device and app data, such as device type, operating system, app version, identifiers, crash logs, and
performance data.
● Usage data, such as feature interactions, match activity, and communication patterns.
● Approximate location based on settings and signals, such as county or vicinity, unless you enable more
precise options where available.
Purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google. We receive purchase confirmations, subscription status,
and related metadata.
2.2 How We Use Information
● To create and manage accounts, provide the Service, and deliver matching recommendations.
● To power compatibility insights and improve match quality.
● To maintain safety, prevent fraud, moderate content, and enforce our rules.
● To provide customer support and communicate important updates.
● To comply with legal obligations and protect rights and safety.
2.3 How We Share Information

We retain data as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce
agreements, and maintain safety. Some verification and background-check related records may have
specific retention periods depending on legal and provider requirements.
2.5 Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No system is
fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
2.6 Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export certain information,

2.7 California Privacy Notice (CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you may have rights to know, delete, and correct personal information, and
to opt out of certain sharing where applicable. We may collect sensitive personal information such as
identity verification data and demographic data you choose to provide, and we use it to operate the
Service, support safety, prevent fraud, and comply with law.
2.8 Children
Amorous is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Amorous is built on authenticity, respect, consent, and safety. By using the Service, you agree to follow
these rules.
4.1 Prohibited Content and Behavior
● Harassment, hate, threats, stalking, intimidation, or abuse.
● Impersonation, misrepresentation, scams, solicitation, or requests for money or gift cards.
● Sexual exploitation or non-consensual content, and any content involving minors (will be reported).
● Sharing private information of others without consent, including doxxing or blackmail.
● Spam, bots, scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to circumvent bans.
● Promotion of illegal activity or unsafe conduct.
4.2 Reporting and Enforcement
We may take enforcement actions including content removal, feature restrictions, suspension, or
permanent bans. To report behavior, use in-app reporting tools or contact support.

● Protect personal details such as home address, workplace, schedules, and banking information.
If you decide to meet
● Meet in public, tell a friend, and arrange your own transportation.
● Keep your phone charged and share your location with someone you trust.
● Limit alcohol or substances that impair judgment.
Report and block
● Report harassment, threats, scams, or unsafe behavior immediately.
● Block users who cross boundaries. Blocking is encouraged when needed.

providers, as permitted by law, to support trust and safety.

Authorization
By selecting "I Agree" or similar during sign-up or verification, you authorize Amorous and its vendors to
obtain permissible reports and to use the results to evaluate eligibility for access to the Service or certain
features.
No Guarantee
Verification and background checks do not guarantee safety and may not identify all risks or predict
behavior.
Adverse Action Notice (Where Applicable)
If Amorous takes an adverse action based in whole or in part on a consumer report, you may be entitled to
notice of the provider, your right to request a copy of the report, and your right to dispute inaccuracies with
the provider, as required by law.

(DMCA). If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, you may send a DMCA notice.

These Subscription Terms apply to paid memberships, subscriptions, and in-app purchases in Amorous.
Billing and Renewal
● Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date, or
as stated by the platform.
● Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Cancellation
You can cancel in your device’s App Store or Google Play subscription settings. After cancellation, access
continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
Refunds are managed by Apple or Google under their policies, except where required by law.
No Guarantee
Paid features do not guarantee matches, replies, dates, or relationship outcomes.
Disputes
Disputes relating to subscriptions are governed by the Amorous Terms and Conditions, including the
binding individual arbitration and class action waiver provisions, except where prohibited by law.
